The history of community movements using media and technology to fight for change is important as we develop new technologies for our communities to speak up and speak out. Media Mobilizing Project draws from histories of organizing and storytelling to build a movement to end poverty. The People's Emergency Center has a decade-long history of putting Internet skills in the hands of homeless families and youth.
